Yes/No Mail

NOMAIL

The situation
For some residents, getting their mail each day is an event—not only for the chance to see if letters have arrived, but also to meet a neighbor as people congregate about the mailboxes in anticipation of the mail’s arrival. There is a need to know if the mail has arrived.

Potential solution
A ‘yes/no mail’ sign posted near the mailboxes visible to residents can inform everyone of the situation, and let people decide if they wish to wait or come back later. DOWNLOAD REPORT
